
Manufacturability Analysis D&R serves as an integral partner to our customers through the evaluation of manufacturability issues with current and next generation products. Our customer’s engineering groups are regularly charged with designing parts that perform multiple roles when in service. While these designs achieve their fit and function, manufacturability is not always fully considered. When possible, we work hand in hand with customer engineering to simplify product design without sacrificing the functional use of the part. These efforts can be directed anywhere from targeting on a casting or dimensional relief on a non-key attribute. The result of these efforts drive reduced lead times and less expensive parts for our customers.
