In 1998, we graduated from the SBA 8(a) program and received the distinction of being named supplier of the year for the Philadelphia region. When the SBA stopped formal certification, D&R self certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business in accordance with federal regulations and size standards established under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).
